•Single user licenses are either for use on one machine OR use by one person. You can choose either one or the other.

•Family user licenses are 5 single user licenses where the persons or machines normally reside at the same residential address.

•Software may not be distributed other than in accordance with these terms.

•We are not responsible for any damages resulting from use of the program, including damage to data or inability to use the program, either through use or failure of the program.

•There is no warranty for the program of any kind, and it is provided "as is". All risk as to the quality and performance and suitability of the program is with you.
