When asking for support, we suggest you make sure your version is up to date and include your Automaton version, OS version, machine type, and if appropriate crash report. It’s a good idea to include your Filer.autofiler file with AutoFiler issues. It’s also a good idea to check the Console log

for any relevant messages.
